電火花機械加工的工藝與相關參數
電(dian)火花的(de)(de)(de)(de)機械加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)是(shi)依揮工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具電(dian)極(ji)與工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件問產生火花放電(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)原形(xing)而進行的(de)(de)(de)(de),因(yin)而隨(sui)著工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具的(de)(de)(de)(de)逐步(bu)向工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件送進,被加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)孔腔尺(chi)寸(cun)必然(ran)稍(shao)大干工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具輪廓尺(chi)寸(cun),因(yin)而設(she)計工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具電(dian)極(ji)輪廓尺(chi)寸(cun)時,應縮小一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)顯。精加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時通常(chang)采用小間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)弱規淮,單邊間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)一般取(qu)0.01~0.1毫(hao)米;粗加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時采用大間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)強(qiang)規準,單邊間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)一般取(qu)0.1~0.3毫(hao)米。電(dian)火花加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)尺(chi)寸(cun)精度約(yue)為(wei)0.01~0.05毫(hao)米。
用電(dian)(dian)火花加工深孔時,會產生(sheng)圓柱度(du)(錐度(du))誤差,其(qi)原因是(shi)孔壁上段產生(sheng)附(fu)加放(fang)電(dian)(dian)的機會多,被電(dian)(dian)蝕的時間長,使孔壁的部分尺(chi)寸變大。
